By accessing or using the FrontGlow Media website (frontglowmedia.co.uk) or submitting any enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

FrontGlow Media may provide free or paid visual concepts, mockups, previews or design studies across its Commercial, Residential, Event and Signature services. Unless a separate written design agreement expressly states otherwise, these materials are:

• For illustrative purposes only and are not binding design contracts
• Created to represent the general aesthetic or proposed direction of a potential project
• Not guaranteed to be an exact replica of the finished installation
• Subject to the scope, turnaround and fees (if any) stated for the relevant service
• The property of FrontGlow Media until a signed agreement is in place

Requesting or purchasing a visual concept does not, by itself, create an obligation on either party to proceed with the wider project. Any project credit or refundability is governed by the terms shown for that specific service.

FrontGlow Media provides visual-technology design, coordination and managed project services across Commercial, Residential, Event and Signature. Physical works are delivered through appropriately approved specialist providers where required. The applicable quotation, proposal, order, project agreement or service-specific terms will define the contracted scope before chargeable project work proceeds. Services described on this website may be subject to:

• Site survey and structural assessment
• Planning, venue, landlord, building-owner or other permissions where applicable
• Landlord or building owner consent
• Lead times for hardware procurement

All prices listed on this website are indicative starting prices and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined after a site survey and full system specification. Prices listed:

• Include only the items expressly stated for the relevant product, service or quotation
• Exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• May vary by project type, specification, location, access, logistics, labour and specialist-provider requirements
• Are subject to a formal written quotation before any contract is formed

Estimated project, delivery and installation timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Schedules may be affected by supply-chain delays, site or venue access, permissions, weather, specialist-provider availability and other third-party dependencies. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Payment terms, deposits, milestones, subscriptions and any service-specific charges will be stated in the applicable quotation, checkout, proposal, order or agreement. Unless expressly stated for that service:

• Any deposit or upfront fee will be shown before payment or acceptance
• Any milestone or balance payment will be due according to the accepted quotation or agreement
• Recurring services are billed according to the subscription or service terms presented at purchase
• Late payments may incur interest as permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling rights depend on the service purchased, the customer type, whether bespoke goods or specialist resources have been committed, and the stage reached. The applicable quotation, checkout or agreement will state the service-specific terms before purchase or commitment.

Where statutory consumer cancellation or refund rights apply, those rights are not restricted by these Terms. Bespoke goods, commenced services and work requested during a statutory cancellation period may be treated in accordance with applicable UK law and any express customer instruction.

Questions or refund requests should be sent to enquiries@frontglowmedia.co.uk. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation are not affected.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, visual concepts, mockup visuals, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of FrontGlow Media unless otherwise stated. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
• Use FrontGlow Media branding or mockup visuals for any commercial purpose
• Reverse-engineer any designs or systems provided by FrontGlow Media

Ownership and licence terms for bespoke customer deliverables are governed by the applicable quotation, proposal or project agreement.

By uploading images or content to this website, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to share the content
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights
• You grant FrontGlow Media a non-exclusive licence to use the content for the requested visual concept, enquiry or project purposes

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FrontGlow Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
